   The progress of enterprises relies on quality support of the products, and the products’ quality relies on the workers’ carefulness and advanced equipment. In order to enable enterprises’ continuous progress, the Design Department has worked hard for eight years to conduct research and development and finally successfully developed automation equipment of wire mold automatic molding.
   R & D team has grown from the original 3 members to 8 members. The team will be proposed by the old staff, and then was developed by professors and students.
   The R & D team includes five people of our company, and one professor, two graduate students major in automation from Hebei University.
